1. Exchange Policy: We understand that preferences may change, and we are happy to facilitate product exchanges. Here are the key points:

• Product Condition: Products must be in the same condition as received, including being unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
• Timeframe: Exchanges can be requested within 2 days of receiving the products. After this period, we regret that we cannot process any exchange requests.
• Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or website messaging. We will guide you through the process.

2. Exchange for Incorrect Size or Measurements: If you selected the wrong size or measurements, we offer exchanges. However, please note the following:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Return fees are 50 taka within Dhaka and 100 taka outside Dhaka.

3. Exchange for Incorrect or defective Product or Mistake by Us: In cases where we sent you the wrong product or made a mistake, we accept exchanges without any additional fees.

4. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds, but we prioritise customer satisfaction through our exchange policy. Please carefully consider your purchases and reach out to us for assistance in choosing the right products.

5. Return Process for Exchange: Ensure that the returned product is in new condition, with all labels, tags, and the bill paper intact. Once received, we will process the exchange promptly.
